Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is intending to award a sole source contract to Lee Industries, Inc. to supply nine (9) each Explosives Melt Kettles for end use in the Mc Alester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) production line. Lee Industries owns proprietary rights to the explosives melt kettles needed at MCAAP. There is no technical data package available.

These kettles will be shipped FOB Destination delivery to the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (McAAP), Receiving Office, 1 C Tree Road, McAlester OK 74501.

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP), W52P1J-17-R-3024. Approximate release date for the solicitation is on or about 15 August 2017 with a closing date approximately 15 days from the date of issuance.
