The end user is the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP), McAlester, Oklahoma. Vendor information is requested on an unrestricted / full-and-open basis. There is no available Technical Data Package.

It is anticipated that subsequent procurement will be a firm-fixed-price stand-alone contract with FOB Destination delivery.
The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research or otherwise pay for information solicited. The Government will utilize the information provided for information and/or planning purposes and to identify potential sources as part of its market research. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. Responses to the notice will not be returned.

1. A positive statement of your firm's intention to quote
2. A statement indicating how your firm intends to meet the Kettle requirement
3. A statement to verify that your firm has previously manufactured the required or related Kettles
4. Your firm's DUNS, Cage Code, Tax ID, and Point of Contact information
5. Your firm's number of employees (for small business size verification)
6. Your firm's manufacturing plant name and location (for U.S.-based status verification)
7. Any applicable Terms & Conditions
8. Delivery Lead Time
All of the above requested information MUST be submitted in detail with your submission under this RFI. If a solicitation is issued, it will be published electronically on the FBO website and it will be the responsibility of the contractors/interested parties to check FBO regularly.
