The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to enter into a sole source agreement with Martin Murray for expert economist services.  This notice is not a request for offers and no solicitation is available.  Interested parties may respond in writing no later than May 19, 2015.  However, such responses will be used solely to determine whether a competitive solicitation should be issued and will not be the basis for an award.  Telephone calls will not be accepted.
