The Flagler County Board of County Commissioners is requesting responses from vendors to review commodities that are purchased throughout the County. The vendor will negotiate the best price for these commodities that are sole source or professional service contracts as needed. The vendor would then receive pricing based on a percentage of what the vendor saved the county over a period of two years. If the vendor is unable to negotiate savings, no payments will be due to the vendor. If negotiated savings is with a new vendor, savings are only valid if the County agrees this vendor meets all qualifications criteria to become a vendor of the county.
