(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The solicitation number for this effort is AG-6395-S-17-0159. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION.

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective January 19, 2017.

(iv) This is a total small business set-aside. The appropriate NAICS code is 325320 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.

(vi) Description of requirements:

This solicitation is for the supply and delivery of six (6) types of lures with the expectation of one or more Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract awards. 

1. Diprion pini Semiochemical
2. Coconut Rhinoceros Beetle (CRB) (Oryctes rhinoceros) aggregation pheromone lure
3. Oak Ambrosia Beetle Lure - (Platypus quercivorus Lure)
4. Red Palm Weevil (RPW) kairomone lure
5. Ammonium Acetate Bait Enhancers
6. Sirex blend lure

The contract period of performance is approximately five years.

(vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance at FOB point: Items shall be delivered FOB Destination to Edinburg, TX 78541 within 30 days following the issuance of a Delivery Order.
