Life Technologies is the manufacture and able to provide AmpliSeq Exome products to be used on the Ion Proton Sequencer currently in use in the Laboratory of Neurogenesis. The ion PI Chip Kit 8 pack, ion PI HI-Q Chef and ion ampliseEQ Exome rdy kit 1x8 are needed to limit variables in research such as differing profiles for technical artifacts and sequencing chemistries.
