Project Summary:

Exhaust fans serving all dormitory bathrooms are not operational. Failure to remove moisture generated from showers has led to mold growth on the bathroom ceiling.
Contractor will replace existing roof mounted exhaust fans and connect to existing duct. Size exhaust fans to exhaust approximately 150 cfm per bathroom). Provide bathroom exhaust fans with a 15 minutes delayed switch. Clean mold off ceiling, prime and paint ceiling as required.
