CCC invites offers, subject to the terms and conditions of this announcement/invitation, from licensed refiners to exchange licensed credits under RSRP (7 CFR 1530) for for approximately 77,451 metric tons of CCC-owned sugar. Validation and recognition of each U.S. refiner's re-export license and license credits will be at the sole discretion of CCC.
