ExaGrid is the current CRS disk-based backup system that delivers data backup and data recovery support, to mission-critical data stored on CRS servers. CRS requires the ability to create multiple copies of server backup data for disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC).
The vendor will furnish genuine ExaGrid hardware and maintenance listed in section C.5 to complete this installation.
Exagrid 8X5 Maintenance and Support
• 8-hour a day, five-day-week, telephone and email technical support. One hour business day response.
• Alert notification, remote monitoring and reconciliation.
• Hardware is redundant, hot swappable and field replace-able with next business day air shipment of all replacement components.
• Software updates - CRS staff will have access to use and install patches, updates, and upgrades for all Full versions and point releases.
• Web-based support technology.
