Under RFP Q18-6430MH and Refresh RFP Q19-Q18-6430MH, NYPA issued twenty (20) value contract awards for turnkey (design, delivery, installation, start-up, and service), installation only, hardware only, Direct Current Fast Charger (DCFC) with integrated storage, and bus charging of electric vehicle supply equipment ("EVSE") at sites in New York State (NYS). This RFP Q21-7220MH EVSE Implementation Services intends to compliment the current vendor pool to allow for additional project scopes not anticipated at the time of the previous two RFP's and put in place new value contracts with five (5) year terms. To be considered for evaluation and award of contract, all potential participants are required to submit full proposals. Potential bidders can submit proposals on the following scopes and in any combination thereof: 1. Turnkey (design, delivery, installation, start-up, and service) for DCFC and Level 2 EVSE projects 2. Installation services only 3. Hardware only (may include networking software services where applicable) a. DCFC (direct current fast chargers) (networked) b. Level 2 EVSE (networked) c. Level 2 EVSE (non-networked) d. Fleet charging equipment, such as for school buses or GSE 4. DCFC integrated with energy storage 5. Overhead transit bus charging systems – on-street 6. Overhead transit bus charging systems – in-depot 7. Charging-as-a-service related to fleet charging RFP issue date 09/14/2021 Pre-bid conference call: 12:00 noon – 1:30PM September 21, 2021. The pre-bid conference call is not mandatory however potential participants are highly encouraged to participate. Bid due date: On or before 4:00PM on October 12, 2021 Contract award: on or about 12/15/2021 Value Contract term 5 (five) years.
