The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, Florida intends to issue a small business set-aside, competitive Request for Proposal, for the repair/refurbishment of Evinrude 250 HP Gen I & II outboard motors (OBM). The motors are manufactured by Evinrude. The work must be performed by an Evinrude certified Technician or Mechanic. The motors are located at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor - Hickam (JBHH). The vendor will be required to pick up, repair, test, and deliver the outboard motors, in lots of up to five. The Government anticipates the award of a five year requirements contract that includes a base year and four options. NAICS Code 811490 applies. SBA Size Standard is $7.5M.  FSC J028.
