The District issues this Request for Proposals for Lease-Leaseback Services (“RFP”) for the Student Services Complex Buildings at Evergreen Valley College, part of the San José Evergreen Community College District pursuant to California Education Code Section 81335. It is the intent of the District to solicit Proposals from Lease-Leaseback Entities for the project. The District intends to contract with the Lease-Leaseback Entity that can clearly demonstrate the Best Value to the District for the project. A single entity will be selected for delivery and financing for the Project.
