Installation of architectural screen at LETC Loading Dock at Evergreen Valley College. The scope of this project involves the installation of a fiber cement panel system to an existing concrete retaining wall located north of the library loading dock. Preparation scope includes removal of existing light fixtures and pressure washing the existing concrete wall. Two surface cracks are located on the wall and shall be filled with epoxy crack sealer prior to installation of new work. Construction consists of fiber cement panel system with steel furring channels installed on the existing concrete substrate. Reinstall light fixtures.
