Provide all labor, materials, and equipment, to supply and deliver four (4) evaporative coolers for Clovis Area Recreation (North Gym), 3495 Clovis Ave, Clovis CA, 93612, per the City of Clovis’ specifications and proposal documents. Bids must be submitted to the City Clerk @ 1033 Fifth Street, Clovis CA, prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 16, 2012. At 2 p.m., according to the official time at Clovis City Hall, the bidding period will formally be closed and no further bids will be accepted. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “City of Clovis CAR Evaporative Coolers 2012”.
