The project?s general description is as follows: A single story building housing the Emergency and Operations Center approximately 8,250 SF. This building includes cold formed metal framing exterior walls, steel joist and metal deck with metal roof over rigid insulation. Additionally, consider associated site work, parking, utilities as indicated in the proposed Contract Documents and Project Manual (Specifications).
