The Navajo Area Indian Health Services is issuing this Sources Sought announcement as part of a market research survey.  This announcement is for information purposes only, which will be used for acquisition planning purposes and to determine whether the envisioned acquisition could be set aside for small businesses. 

NO proposals are being requested or accepted under this Request for Information (RFI) and this announcement shall NOT be constured as a commitment by the government to issue a solicitation or to ultimately award a contract relative to this classification area IAW FAR 15.201(e), nor does this synopsis restrict the government to a particular acquisition approach.

Submitted information shall be UNCLASSIFIED.  Any information provided to the government in response to this Sources Sought notice is voluntary, becomes government property, and will not be returned.

Any costs associated with providing information to either this notice or any follow-up information requestes shall NOT be reimbursed.  Costs incurred as a result of this announcement shall be borne solely by the respondent and shall NOT be charged to the government for reimbursement.

Not responding to this announcement shall not preclude participation in any future RFI's or actual requests for quotations (RFQ) if any are eventually issued.

Interested parties who can perform the listed services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (attached) can submit their response in accordance with the following:

-No more than 10 page response. Include the following:
   -Name, email address, and phone number.
-Submit your response selectronically only to the following email address:  [email protected].
-Total electronic file submissions shall be compatible with Adobe Acrobatand Microsoft Word and shall be no larger than 2 MB.
-All responses must be submitted by 10:00am (MST) 12, December 2013.
-Mark your response "Proprietary Information" if it is considered business sensitive.

When responding to this Sources Sought notice, submit the following information:
-Company information/Socio-economic status:
  - Company size and applicable Point of Contact;
  - Indicate whether you have existing contract/experience similiar to MSPI evaluation services as required by the PWS.
  -Indicate whether you have the qualification credentials as defined in the PWS.
