This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source award to Ventyx Energy, LLC, 3301 Windy Ridge PKWY Suite 200, Atlanta GA 30339. This proposed contract action is for procurement of the following products with unlimited licenses: EV Power with New Entrants, EV Market-Ops, EV Fuels, EV Energy Map, EV Weather, FTR Trader and Velocity Suite Online. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The period performance is October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
