Lb Frame specifications- length 120”x width52”x height 30.5” Requirements for the Etching Press are as follows: Micrometer pressure dials Clearance of upper pressure drum of at least 1.25” Three inch thick hard rock maple core for press bed Phenolic-resin sheet bonded to bed core. Chemical resistant surface Internal bed stops Eccentric bearings for leveling the bed Steel tubing for manufacture and potential disassembly of the press frame Welded drum shaft, support baffles, and heavy wall 10.75" diameter drum stock Shaft support is achieved by self-aligning ball bearing support units. All drums are nickel plated to eliminate rusting. All parts are protected by nickel plating, anodizing or powder coating.
