The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SoftDev, Inc., an SBA certified HUBZone contractor, to procure support for the CMS-ESRD-CROWN-CDDS. The services shall include delivery of a Tier 3 Help Desk, servicing delivery metrics, establishing service level agreements, as well as administratvie, project management, and communications support. Market research was conducted via the posting of a  Presolicitation (Sources Sought) notice in the FEDBIZOPPS on May 26, 2010.
