The C-RAM Project Office, PEO MS has a requirement to purchase eSMART liscenses. eSmart is a tactical data link tool, which is needed for the International Managment Division, C-RAM Project Directorate, for first level interoperability analyis in response to Task Force requirements; and in response to specific cooperative tasks in terms of reference. The U.S. Army CRAM has a MOU obligtion to contribute to these tasks, and as a consequence requires eSMART.
