This combined synopsis/solicitation is for sleeping rooms, catered meals, and
meeting room space to include AV capabilities as outlined in the attached
statement of work. The location of the event will be held within a 15 mile
radius of Greensboro, NC . Provide back a copy of the bid summary filled
out and signed with contact information. Provide a menu of items being provided for each of the meals
and a description to include dimensions of each meeting space being
provided. The vendor must state in their quotation their business size for this
procurement. This is a small business set-aside NAICS 721110 size standard
$32,500,000. Large businesses are welcome to submit bids in the event no
small business is capable of meeting the requirement large businesses will be
considered. A firm-fixed price
contract will be awarded for this requirement.

(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the
responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most
advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The
following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
