This combined synopsis/solicitation is for sleeping rooms, catered meals, and
meeting room space to include AV capabilities as outlined in the attached
statement of work. The location of the event will be held within in Greensboro, NC . Provide back a copy of the bid summary filled
out
and signed with contact
information. Provide a menu of items being provided for each of the meals
and a description to include dimensions of each meeting space being
provided. The vendor must state in their quotation their business size for this
procurement. A firm-fixed price
contract will be awarded for this requirement.

Commercial Items.

(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the
responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most
advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The
following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
Price
Size of meeting space accommodations
Option of meal items being provided
Bids must be received by Nov 24 2014 at 11:00 am EST.
You may include mutiple hotels when submitting a bid but they must be within
walking distance of each other. This
is not preferred but will be acceptable if no other alternative is available.
The contract will only be awarded to one vendor. Dates are not flexible so I will not respond to
questions asking for alternate dates.
