The purpose of this contract is to procure Contractor IT support services to maintain FDA's ability to receive and acknowledge a variety of electronic regulatory submissions (ESG). The FDA ESG system enables the secure submission of regulatory information for review and allows the FDA to process regulatory information automatically, functioning as a single point of entry for receiving and processing all electronic submissions in a highly secure environment that complies with secure Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) messaging standards.
