The primary purpose of this contract is to provide critical system sustainment and development for the AFMOA Family of Systems and the modules developed to support them known as FAPNet/Q-base, the suite of systems supporting the FAP and the EFMP-M. System sustainment shall include software maintenance and other technical services. The contractor shall work with SPAWARSYSCEN to ensure system sustainment and development actions update to the production and test environments. References to development and test sites are only to ensure critical operational capability of FAPNet, such as "bug" fixes and security patches required to keep the system accessible. Maintenance of the current system is all that will be performed. At no time will the scope of capability that currently exists be changed under this PWS. Also, no additional capabilities will be designed, developed, or implemented. The AFMOA suite of applications relies upon Xtendable Server, a proprietary web engine owned by DWT, as their core software platform. As a result, maintenance, trouble-shooting and upgrades to any FAPNet programs cannot be done without using and interfacing with Xtendable Server.
