The Nebraska Air National Guard is seeking small business sources able to provide: 

74 sets (2 S, 35 M, 25 L, 12 XL) of Lightweight ESAPI Shape Ballistic Plate Backers that will fit in the AERO Assault Plate Carrier (AERO/ANG-JTAC-Size-5CCA) and the hard plate armor we already have:

XL – 14”H and 11”W
L – 13”H and 10”W
M – 12.5”H and 9.5”W
S – 11.75”H and 8.75”W (We are not sure if this is the size of the plate or the plate with .5 added for the backer size.  We know the Alpha Elite IIIA fits.) 

-Point Blank Enterprises - ESAPI shpe ballistic plate backers, Alpha Elite IIIA, silver (SA1AXDBS0H) or equal product

-It must be Level IIIA rated for pistol calibers up to .357 SIG and .44 Magnum.

-Must be NIJ 0101.06 Compliant
