The Intent of this notice is to determine industry interest that possess the ability to deliver the desired objectives and outcomes enclosed.

• To migrate the existing separate PACS, Camera, and Duress systems to a stand-alone system outside and apart from the VBA network infrastructure while maintaining or exceeding current capabilities.

• Include a software that integrates all aspects of our PACS, camera, alarm, and duress systems into a single configurable Graphical User Interface. Software will provide hardware monitoring and diagnostic capabilities.

• Provide a continuing service agreement encompassing remote and physical technical support services with a response window of four hours of notification and resolution to full functionality of all systems with 8 hours of response. Full functionality of system within 12 hours of notification to the contractor.

• Solution shall include a training plan for initial certification in the full use and administration of the software system with training materials and procedures to maintain coherency through personnel changes.
