The City of Southlake is soliciting proposals for the construction of the following project: Erosion Improvements for Southlake Glen Sealed proposals for "Erosion Improvements for Southlake Glen" shall be received by the City of Southlake. All proposals must be delivered to the City Secretary for the City of Southlake at 1400 Main Street, Suite 270, Southlake, Texas 76092, no later than 11:00 AM local time Friday, May 13th, 2022, and then publicly opened and read aloud in the Town Hall Executive Conference Room, Suite 268. All late bids are to be rejected. Complete Contract Documents as needed for submitting a proposal on the Project may be downloaded free of charge from http://www.civcastusa.com/ starting on Sunday, April 10th, 2022. Contract Documents may be examined without charge or deposit during normal business hours at the office of the Engineer. Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. 5237 N. An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 20th, 2022, at Southlake City Hall (1400 Main Street, Southlake, TX 76092) in the Town Hall Executive Conference Room, Suite 268. This conference is for the purpose of interpretation for bidding Contractors of Contract Documents, including plans and specifications, for the construction of the project.
