The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking sources for subscription to a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) platform that provides data pertaining to Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) Plans. Attachment 1 lists the SEC's draft requirements.
Note: the SEC is only seeking sources that currently have a COTS platform that provides all content listed in the requirements document. The SEC is NOT seeking sources for development of a new solution or customization of a platform to acquire/add the required content. Clearly state in in your response that your solution is a COTS platform.

SUBMISSION DETAILS:

Responses must include:
1) Business name and address;
2) Name of company representative and their business title;
3) Type of Small Business;
4) Cage Code and DUNS;
5) Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product and service, to General Service Administration (GSA), GSA MOBIS, NIH, NASA SEWP, FEDLINK, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle. (This information is for market research only and does not preclude your company from responding to this notice.)

All questions regarding this notice must be submitted to [email protected] by no later than 5:00 PM ET on April 11, 2018. All responses must be submitted to [email protected] by no later than 5:00 PM ET on April 16, 2018. Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than five pages) demonstrating ability to meet the requirements listed in Attachment 1 - Draft Requirements.

Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All government and contractor personal reviewing sources sought responses will have signed non-disclosure agreements and understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423. The Government shall not be held liable for any damages incurred if proprietary information is not properly identified.
