Offers will be evaluated on the basis of technical capability to meet the Governments requirement and price. All quotes must meet all minimum specifications. Award will be made to the vendor providing the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). All shipping costs are to be included in the quote. Electronic quotes must be received by Sept. 30 2013, 9:00 a.m. EST at [email protected]. Quotes must be in Adobe PDF format and it is the responsibility of the Offeror to verify receipt of email copies.
