DESCRIPTION:
The Mark Twain National Forest (managed by the USDA Forest Service) is advertising a project for road improvements on the Ava Cassville Willow Springs Ranger District in Barry County, Missouri. Reconstruction and/or reconditioning will occur on one Forest Service road within the project area. The Contractor will be required to provide all transportation, material, labor, supervision, equipment, operators, tools, supplies, licenses, permits and other incidentals as required in the Schedule of Items and Specifications of the solicitation necessary to perform road improvements. Activities will include, but are not limited to mobilization, clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, roadway reconditioning, removal, and furnishing, placement and compaction of crushed aggregate as well as related incidental work.

GOVERNMENT PRICE ESTIMATE:
The Government's estimated price range for the total of all items combined is between 25,000 and $100,000.
CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS:
Interested parties are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract. There is no cost for registration in SAM when registration is completed on the official SAM website (www.sam.gov).
SET-ASIDE:
This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction; the Small Business size standard is $36.5 million.
SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS:
Solicitation AG-64R4-S-16-0011 is being issued as an RFQ and will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract.
