The purpose is to purchase a web-based role-based community collaboration capability that will enable inter and intra-agency government collaboration. The community collaboration will be a web-based and role-based capability through which global practitioners share and gain information, insight, and knowledge. Members can use the information, insight, and knowledge gained to improve individual and government organization performance effectiveness. The role-based platform will allow the public access to applicable community collaboration topics. Password-protected community collaboration membership will be available to U.S. and international government staff, government contractors, and academic partners who desire to improve government organizational performance.
