1. THE STATE IS ESTABLISHING A CONSISTENT FRAMEWORK FOR AGILE TRAINING, CONSULTING/COACHING AND TRANSFORMATION. THIS INCLUDES TRAINING AND COACHING ACROSS LEVELS OF THE ORGANIZATION RANGING FROM SENIOR EXECUTIVES TO AGILE DEVELOPMENT TEAMS. THE STATE SEEKS TO CONTINUE THESE EFFORTS TO ENHANCE THE SKILLS NEEDED TO DRIVE A CULTURE OF SUSTAINABLE TRANSFORMATION THAT ENGAGES AND EMPOWERS EMPLOYEES AND THAT ENCOURAGES INNOVATION AND RESULTS. THE RESULTING CONTRACT WILL ESTABLISH AN EFFECTIVE PROGRAM FOR CONTINUED AGILE ADOPTION AND UTILIZATION AT THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND EXECUTIVE LEVELS OF STATE GOVERNMENT. THE RESULTS OF THIS WORK WILL ENABLE THE STATE TO ESTABLISH A SELF-SUSTAINING AGILE CULTURE AND DRIVE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT. THE RESULTING CONTRACT IS EXPECTED TO BE FOR A 1-YEAR INITIAL TERM, WITH TWO, 1-YEAR OPTIONS TO RENEW AT MUTUAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE AND THE SUCCESSFUL CONTRACTOR. THE STATE SEEKS TO REINFORCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGILE STAFF AND EXECUTIVES ALREADY TRAINED DURING THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS, AND TO PROVIDE STAFF AND EXECUTIVES NOT YET TRAINED WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING.
