The contractor shall provide (1) obtain epilepsy stigma questions from CDC for the 2012 GSS; (2) include the approved questions and any CDC approved introductory statements on the 2012 GSS and (3) assess data integrity and provide CDC with a final, complete GSS dataset that includes all publicly available variables and the epilepsy stigma variables. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR PART 6.302-1; 4202 Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996.
