The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to enter into a sole source contract with Inside Washington Publishers for the acquisition of an electronic subscription site license for access to the Inside EPA and Superfund Report newsletters. Inside Washington Publishers, under copyright, is the sole publisher of Inside EPA and Superfund Report newsletters. The period of performance for the effort is one base year and four option years. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Inside Washington Publishers, LLC, 1919 South Eads Street, Arlington, VA, 22202, for a firm fixed priced purchase order. Interested respondents must submit a written capability statement containing technical information sufficient to demonstrate a bona fide capability, as well as, a copy of the license agreement with Insider Washington Publishers granting the right to make copies and to distribute the copyrighted publications no later than 5 calendar days from date announcement appearing in Federal Business Opportunities. Telephonic responses and responses providing insufficient information for evaluation will not be considered.
