This is a synopsis/pre-solicitation notice for commercial services as prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. 

NSWCCD Philadelphia seeks to competitively award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).  This procurement is being set aside 100% for Small Business.  Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. 

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD)

Philadelphia has established a requirement to: a) perform EPA Test Method 1664A - 9 samples to be pulled once per month for 12 months; b) perform EPA Test Method 8015B - 9 samples to be pulled four times per year; c) perform EPA Test Method 245.1 and EPA Test Method 200.8 (200.9 can serve as a substitute for 200.8) - 9 samples to be pulled 4 times per year; and, d) sample pick-ups for 12 months. 

Any additional Statement of Work and CDRLs for the services will be listed with the posting of the solicitation.

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541380.
