Meeting Rooms: 1 Small Conference Room-Round Tables of 6 set up on January 10, and 13 (accommodate 55); January 13 room needed only from (8AM-11AM); 1 Registration area with table and chair.

Breakout Rooms: 4 with classroom setup (accommodate 12) on January 11, 12, 13

IT Support: 1 Floor Microphone, 1 cordless Mic,1 Podium, I LCD Projector, Screen for Conference Room, 1-PA System for Conference Room (IT Support available)

Equipment: 1 Table for Registration with 2 chairs, 1 Administrative Area (with storage room/must be secure)

Services: Copying services on site; Mailing/Receiving Materials on-site.
