Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-17-G-5385, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), indian Head Maryland, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Order on a sole source basis to McNally industries, LLC, Grantsburg, WI 54840-7004. The contractor shall provide all necessary material and services required to receive, inventory, stage, disassemble, inspect, convert, repair, overhaul, upgrade, manufacture, procure, assemble, test, preserve, package and ship EP3 Display Panel components as specified in the Statement of Work (5385-0001-01).

McNally Industries, LLC, is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this work within the required time frame.
