The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for the maintenance services for the EOS M 270 Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) Machine. The Government intends to award one call order on a sole source basis to the original equipment manufacturer. The Authority for this procurement comes under 10 USC 2304(c) (1) where no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
