Vertical construction of a approx. 40,000 SF Fitness Facility, tenant Improvements and associated site work. Site visits are encouraged for all site trades, site is open and available to visit at any time. Additional Notes: The EōS building pad including over excavation, prep, compaction certification and elevation certification are part of the site bid. Building services – domestic water, fire water, sewer, power, gas, tele/data, cable, etc. – are part of site work and are to be extended beyond the curb to within 5’ of the outside face of building as part of the site bid. The fire riser is to be extended into the building footprint (6” above finish floor) as part of the site bid. The trash enclosure in its entirety is part of the site bid. Site bid is to include site lighting circuits extended to a pull-box inside the curb around the building with all conductors pulled and marked. Haul all debris from site including footings and utility trench spoils for proper disposal and advise of savings are available if suitable for use on other sites as certified fill.
