This notice is for informational purposes only. The 23d Contracting Squadron intends to award a brand name purchase order for the purpose of providing acquisition of EOD 9 Bomd Suits and Helmets. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 8.405-6 Limited Sources Justification and Approval. A post-award notice will be posted on Federal Business Opportunity identifying the 23d Contracting Squadron's Justification and Approval of this brand name procurement.
