(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number FA4626-14-T-0062.

(iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76.

(iv) This requirement will be solicited as full and open. The NAICS code is 333316 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees.

(v) CLIN 0001: One (1) Slate Tile screen 275" diagonal (or equal), one (1) Optoma EH7700 projector (or equal), one Optoma WT1 lens (or equal), three (3) Sanus Ceiling Projector Mounts (or equal), cabling to the projector, one (1) Kramer 161x1 VGA switcher (or equal), two (2) Optoma W306ST projectors (or equal), two (2) Dalite Permwall 110" screens (or equal), and any applicable operational software. Additionally, the removal of existing displays as well as equipment, installation, setup, and training is also required.

(vi) Description of requirement: Provide the items above in accordance to the attached Statement of Work.

(vii) Delivery schedule shall be no longer than 30 days, with 5 working days upon delivery for completion.

5352.201-9101 OMBUDSMAN (APR 2014)
(a) An ombudsman has been appointed to hear and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. When requested, the ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The existence of the ombudsman does not affect the authority of the program manager, contracting officer, or source selection official. Further, the ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals, the source selection process, or the adjudication of protests or formal contract disputes. The ombudsman may refer the interested party to another official who can resolve the concern.

(b) Before consulting with an ombudsman, interested parties must first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendations to the contracting officer for resolution. Consulting an ombudsman does not alter or postpone the timelines for any other processes (e.g., agency level bid protests, GAO bid protests, requests for debriefings, employee-employer actions, contests of OMB Circular A-76 competition performance decisions).
