The project will construct 69 units in a three-story building. There will be a two-bedroom unit for an onsite manager. A total of 31 onsite parking spaces will be provided. The project will also construct up to 22 street parking spaces. The ground floor will include 2,836 square feet of commercial space that will be used as a community center for residents. Amenities include an outdoor garden, open courtyard, exercise room, bike room, TV and lounge area, and community room with a kitchen and dining area.
