The Town of Blackstone is requesting proposals for the removal and disposition of waste in the form of five gallon buckets. These buckets include various paints and materials. Vendors are encouraged to visit the Town sites containing these materials for their own reference and to provide accurate cost estimates. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
