The Department of Labor, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) has a need to A GSA-approved Shared Service Provider (SSP) devices certificates, support, infrastructure, and certificate maintenance activities to support the DOL project. The goal of the LACS project is the implementation of Personal Identity Verification (PIV) smart card authentication, digital signatures and email encryption to enhance security on the DOL Enterprise network by using two-factor PIV authentication. Please see Statement of Work for all specifications.

Vendor must be an authorized Entrust, Inc. reseller to provide the software, and MUST provide an Entrust, Inc. reseller certification letter attached in the RFQ response in order to be considered for award.

This RFQ is issued as unrestricted; award will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and the evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer.

The vendor shall quote ALL items; provide any additional authorized reseller/certification letters and teaming agreements to be eligible for award. A vendors failure to attach all proper documentation requested in the RFQ will NOT be considered for award.
