Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, supervision and transportation for windfall maintenance of trails located in the Glacier Peak Wilderness Area and the area known as North Fork of the Entiat River (non-motorized). Maintenance in the Wilderness area shall be accomplished by PRIMITIVE SKILLS (use or possession of motorized or mechanized equipment is prohibited within the Wilderness’ areas). Chainsaws and power equipment may be used on the Non-Wilderness trails. Motorized travel is prohibited on all trails, except for Shetipo Trail #1429, Duncan Hill #1434, Duncan Hill Viewpoint #1434A, and Anthem Creek #1435. Project lengths are listed in the Project Schedule and as shown on the attached maps. This project is located on the Entiat Ranger District of the Okanogan Wenatchee National Forest.
