The Department of the Air Force (the "Air Force"), through the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), requests an expression of interest from prospective tenants (primary occupants, developers, contractors, teams, consortiums, joint ventures) capable of leasing a portion of an approximately 195,820 square foot facility at Rome Laboratory, Rome, New York currently used by the Air Force as an administrative building. The Air Force seeks to gather information to fully analyze this leasing opportunity, as well as to gather broad data from and understanding of the questions and concerns of potential participants. The Air Force will consider a variety of approaches to this leasing opportunity and respondents are encouraged to submit alternative business models to improve the return to the Air Force. Please submit any questions or additional information you would like included in a potential future solicitation, should this leasing opportunity proceed.
This RFI is issued for planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that an RFQ or subsequent lease will be issued. No entitlements to payment by the government of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of the preparation or submission of information.
