This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a contract for Engineering Services in support of the F-15 Reliability and Maintainability program. This will be a follow-on contract for R&M engineering services to support the APG-63 (all variants); APG-70; APG-82(v)1 radar systems; and similar radar systems (e.g. APQ-180 and the AC-130U Gunship). The resultant award will be a new cost plus fixed fee, multi-year contract that will consist of a basic effort of one (1) year with four (4) one year ordering periods. In addition to engineering services, the contract will include CLINs for Travel, CAP, and Data. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures.
