This is a sole source requirement to Sikorski Aircraft Corporation (SAC), 6900 Main Street, Stratford CT 06615-9129 (cage code: 78286) for engineering services needed to support the USAF HH-60G Pavehawk helicopter fleet. The requirement will also include material, subcontracting and other direct costs (ODC), travel, and data. SAC is the original equipment manufacturer and the only known source in possession of the complete engineering design, maintenance, repair, and overhaul data for the airframes and dynamic components. The Government's technical data package does not contain the detailed design data, engineering analysis, and maintenance analysis required to define and correct HH-60G maintenance, operational, and safety deficiencies. SAC is the only possessor of this comprehensive knowledge for the HH-60G helicopter. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
