Request for Qualifications – City of Cleveland Engineering services for TCEQ Wastewater Treatment Plant Renewals The City of Cleveland is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering Firm to prepare all preliminary and final plans and specifications for two 2022 Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Wastewater Permit Renewal applications for the East and West Wastewater Plants for the City of Cleveland. These permits expire in July/August 2023. The submission requirements for this proposal are included on the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) form found on the City’s website under Doing Business-Bid Opportunities or http://www.clevelandtexas.com/bids.aspx. Submit one original with the exterior envelope marked as “2022 TCEQ Permit Renewal RFQ” and one electronic version of your proposal and/or a statement of qualifications to: Jennifer Jeude, Deputy City Secretary City of Cleveland 907 E Houston Cleveland, Texas 77327 Submittals for these services shall be received by the City no later than 2:00 pm on July 20, 2022, which is at least ten (10) days after this publication and contact dates of RFP/Q.
