1. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure twenty-two (22) Engine Smart Media Cards and three (3) ABB Processors that are programmed for the main engines of the USNS WASHINGTON CHAMBERS, USNS CHARLES DREW, USNS RICHARD BYRD, USNS SACAGAWEA, USNS CEASAR CHAVEZ, USNS LEWIS AND CLARK, USNS ROBERT PEARY, and USNS WALLY SCHIRRA.  This requirement will be fulfilled through the award of a purchase order.

2.  DELIVERY SCHEDULE

All parts shall be received by 29 November 2013.  The delivery locations are San Diego, CA and Norfolk, VA. 

3.  This procurement is a FAR Part 12 acquisition being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures as defined in FAR Part 13.  Accordingly, simplified acquisition procedures apply.
